Mouse Problems?

Alright so this is really one of those hard to explain things. I'll try my best on it :?
So Here goes. Basically when I go in NS I'll try to play but if I try to move my mouse. It will move some of the time and freeze at some points. Its not a slow down its a severe halt. I dont know what could cause this. It doesnt happen in other games I play like CS:S DOD:S or anything off of HL2. I did play HL1 the other day and it froze up in there also so I'm thinking its something to do with HL1. I've also switched to 3 different mouses and have still had this problem arise for me
Does anyone else or has anyone else had this problem?
Please help me. I wanna be able to play NS again without these problems.
