Combat help for beginner server admin

<div class="IPBDescription">combat xmenu</div>Me and some friends like to play combat in a server I host just for fun against WhichBots.
But we can't stand how after you get to rank 10 you can no longer get upgrades so we want to play w/ Xmenu but I cannot figure out where to get it or how to activate it.
I'm extremely new to server admin (finally figured out how to change the map in the console) so please forgive my lack of knowledge!
Another thing we hate is the time limit in combat (15 mins) if someone could provide some assistance in these 2 matters (where to get Xmenu and how to change the time limit in combat) we'd be a happy bunch of NSers!

The xmenu thing you're looking for isn't part of NS. It's a mod thing. I suggest looking at this site <a href="http://www.nsmod.org/forums/" target="_blank">http://www.nsmod.org/forums/</a> for a link to that.
