Cc Stops Working

<div class="IPBDescription">It was about 10 seconds ago...</div> If I'm jumping in and out of the CC (like say start of game to help build faster) I've found that after a while, the CC glitches out on me. I get in, go to use the build menu, click it appears, let off button it disappears. Someone told me its to do with hud_fastswitch 1 but it can't be because it WAS working literally 10 seconds ago. So anyway, I couldn't go back to commander for the rest of the game. Works works works works wtf? Stopped working? Grrr... Anyway, I'm not a great commander anyway (with more than 4 marines too command at least) so it doesn't matter much to me, but I thought I should let ya's know.

Clicking a structure then clicking away sometimes fixes this for me.
