couple of missing files

im at the moment just playing half life not the natural selection but i need a few files to get it to run.

at the moment i am missing:kb_keys.ist
palette.ist
splash.bmp
head_config.bmp
head_controls.bmp

i may be missing more but i cant get to any where in the game where i can play so i dont know if theres anything elses im missing. My comp is more then adequate if u think that its not i have 18gb of hd left(after install) 1gb ram, running xp, 512mb videocard and an intel centrino duo

At what point do you get an error about these files missing? When you first try to launch? When you try to connect to a server?

Would probably be easiest to just try reinstalling.
