Mouse lag

Hi, I'm not really having lag in the game, but my mouse is lagging. I can't do a 360° without stopping for a short time. I have been playing a long time ago with the same mouse and it didn't happen. I don't know what's going on, I tried many things but nothing happen. It also looks to happen only when I'm in the action. Can you tell me what to do to resolve this?
