Subscribing to the podcast in iTunes

Guys, I was an avid NS player a few years ago and I really would like to keep up on NS2 news. However, i'm a forgetful type and I won't remember to keep visiting the website to check for new info.
Is there a way to subscribe to the podcasts in iTunes because I can't seem to find one? It would also help me get hold of older episodes that I may have missed.
If not, why not, isn't that what podcasts are meant to be?
