Some friends and I are doing a 170km, 2 day bike trip this year to help raise funds for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and I was hoping I could snag a few donations from you guys <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile-fix.gif" /> Please, don't feel obliged, I am sure you get these requests twice a day at work, school and so forth so I am sorry I am bugging you all again with it.
And just in case anyone is not too sure what MS even is, I shall provided the stolen answer from the MS site itself:
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system — the brain and spinal cord. The disease attacks the protective myelin covering of the central nervous system, causing inflammation and often destroying the myelin in patches. In its most common form, MS has well defined attacks followed by complete or partial recovery. The severity of MS, progression and specific symptoms cannot be predicted at the time of diagnosis.
If anyone does feel like helping us out, they have a handy dandy <a href="https://msofs.mssociety.ca/2008Bike/SponsorTeam.aspx?&PID=994571&L=2" target="_blank">online donation form</a>, that would be great! And yes, we are awesome.

Good luck with your trip.
Good luck in soliciting donations. How about a pic of you on your roadbike?
