NS for 1.1.1.0?

Me and some friends have set up a small network with P3 processors and 4-8 mb Video cards. hl1 runs fine but we can only run the non steam version, so what was th latest nversion of NS to run with hl1 stand alone 1.1.1.0?

yes, 1.04 was the last version that ran well with out the newest HL updates (as it was made at that time <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />).

Some of the more latter ones CAN be made to run (I think 2.0 might be coaxed into running, I know 3.x is out the window), but your best bet is sticking with 1.04.

Thanks, I checked and there are two versions of 2.0, a steam beta version and Ye Old non-steam half-life so I'm gonna go with that.

I used to actually play 2.1 and 3.0 religiously on Mark Servers custom, but after alot of the good custom servers left I kinda lost interest. We've been playing Tremulous and the guys like it but it's not as straight forward and as fun as NS in my opinion.
