Well we'll have to agree to disagree. Playing with the new units straight away seems like an unintelligent thing to do to me Xyth.
As for the Queen, she does build structures called Swarm Clutches, which attack with ground and Air. At her fully upgraded level, she gets an ability she can cast on any building that allowed it to attack like a swarm clutch. Whether that's permanent or temporary I don't know.

Extremely rarely. The most common use was for it to be used to humiliate a Terran player by infesting their command centre.
