it looks like you are trying to run NS via a WON install of HL, and that would be the problem tbh.

So are you running a pre steam version of Half-Life? If so, NS3.2 will not work (heck any NS version after the latest 2.x version will probably not work)

give us all the info you have.

Are you running this Via Steam? Or with out Steam?

If it is with Steam, why is it installed the way it is?

If it is with out Steam, well, the problem isn't something we can really help you with as NS3.2 is designed to work with the latest version of HL.

I do apologize for going off topic, but I couldn't help but notice the inadvertent Terry Pratchett reference in runetime error.

Judging from the path his HL.exe is located I simply assume that it is outside of steam. And when having a look the path again it also seems like he is trying to run a hack/crack/warez.

Assuming you have a legit retail version of half-life:
    <a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=89619" target="_blank">http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index....showtopic=89619</a>
Assuming you do not have a legal retail version of half-life:
<a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=89619" target="_blank">http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index....showtopic=89619</a> but replace step 1 with click on "store" search for "half-life" and buy for 10 bucks.

<a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=89619" target="_blank">http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index....showtopic=89619</a> but skip step one and start with step two.
