weev sceen it in other games now its time for ns to have it. we need a survival mode have the rines start with a massive base they spawn as heavys or jps with randome weapons and have the alien s try to destroy the intire base it would helo rine with defence and aliens with rushing.

    no i mean like a preebuilt base with turrets and ###### loads of crap and the aliens have to compleately kill the base while the rines try to defend for a set time limmet

    Good idea, but I don't know if I want it offically supported. Great third party mod idea(would probably be done by mappers any way, with timers and stuff).

    i know thats probably what is going to hapen but they should consider it.

    i'd like to see it the other way around, aliens have a few onos (no regen) and a lerk (for umbra and primal scream), versus hordes of vanila marines <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />

    i had that thought,

    i think the marines should get this outpost, walls included, like firing position walls, with 1 advanced armory, 2 low armorys, all that crap, a couple TF's, then they have a PG linking to a small res base.

    Basically here how it goes

    The Marines have lost their Command Chair(add a dead model) and the aliens are attacking, the marines have a small Resource Node base on the other side of the map, accesable by a Phase gate. The marines can buy upgrades, they start off blank, no upgrades. The aliens are primed, with onos', lerks, skulks, gorges, fades, the works. The entire map is infested except the bases. The marines must hold off the aliens for 8 minutes, then the Command Chair is repaired, allowing a commander to procede and rebuild any lost buildings. Aliens start off with all the hives, and all the Resource nodes, not including the marines 4 nodes. The aliens also have 2 of each chamber, and 4 Offense Chambers at key spots. If time goes out 1st, marines win.

    I think it'd be smarter to save the scenario ideas for later and then LUA them and make a map yourself. Charlie promised that its going to be easy to do.
