Problem with NS

I have follow the order that.
1. Run Steam
2. Start Half-Life
3. Click on the Training mode at Half-Life
4. Exit Half-Life
5. Close Steam
6. Install NS v3.2
7. On Steam
But my game inside theres no NS inside and when i install, its says that The Steam Folder is not found.
Can anyone help ?

You should extract into the <steam folder>\SteamApps\<email>\half-life folder. The zip file will create the 'ns' folder for you.
Then you will have to exit steam and restart it to see NS in your list of games.
