Microphone problem

<div class="IPBDescription">usb mic won't work in game</div>Hey, just got back into playing NS again but I found out my mic can't be heard.. course only after a couple minutes of talking to myself wondering why everyone was so quiet.

Anyway, any ideas how to get my headset workin? it's an audio fx pro 5.1

All my settings are up high and the microphone works in just about every other game and sound recorder except one other mod for hl2.. Can't really figure out why but i'm guessing the game might not support usb headsets? I searched up another post back in march and kinda seemed like he had the same problem except his fixed itself magically. Soo anyone have any ideas?

If your sound set is NOT Sound blaster, and NOT Plugged in the JACK -plug, the sound can be broken.

if U find a game, where your mic is NOT work, the sound setup is BAD.

Change your sound setup, drop the USB-thing, and return the PCI -card sound blaster with 3.5JACK-plug
Dont use the USB_Microphones, all series is have a BAD sound quality, and Slow Ping !!!
