Game crashes

Ok here is my problem.
Whenever i try to install NS i get that freaking problem that i don't have steam but i have it fully updated and etc (might be from it but don't know). I continue the installation and then all says its ok. After that i try to make a game and then after the loading screen shows i get a crash every single time ... If you know how to fix that please tell me <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />
