Idea about how chambers could work

So at the start, the hive has 3 empty chamber slots. A gorge can build any of the 3 chambers for each open chamber slots.
Each chamber adds a level of its type.
So Sensory has 3 levels.
Defense has 3 levels
and Movement has 3 levels.
So in theory you can build 2 sensory and 1 def. which for the first hive you have 2 sense levels and 1 def level to add to your alien.
or just 3 defense, or 1 of each. each level gives a boost and ability in that chamber.
Each new hives has 3 chamber spots to be filled.
So 3 hives=9 chamber spots
thats a chamber spot for each level of the chambers.
This allows for massive flexibility. Allows you to build all chambers at all times but not get he benefits until a new hive is up.
This balances out the chambers because you can level up on need and not what chamber to use first but what <i>chambers</i> to use first.
Allows for new strats.
I hope i built the same picture here as i have in my head.

It came to me after I have had a few beers to drink.
I like the strategies it opens up. No longer is it movement chamber always first. Now its a combo of chambers.
Chambers should only be needed as a source for infestation to grew somewhere, where the nanogrid is still dominant.
Let me expand on this idea a little bit:
Hives and RTs, as well as general Khaara precence make dynamic infestation grow and push back the nanogrid.
Lifeforms make infestation grow, depending on their res cost skulk<gorgey<lerk<fade<onos, but the gorge can actively "pray" infestation causing the nano grid to be pushed back at the highest rate. In an area with stable infestation gorges can manipulate the infestation to grew spikes, small healing pods, movement pods, or whatever. These would cost 0 res and provide a small boni.
If a gorge infests res he can then make those pods grow into fully grown chambers, providing a huge res boost.
In addition chambers could be built on nanogrid, but this take some extra long time. Those chambers would start to spread infestation by themselves.
Marines could burn DI away with the flame thrower and the commander could use a nanocharge to remove DI through the command screen. In addition there could also be anti infestation charges for explosives and such.
Results:
Controlling DI would become an important part of gameplay, because it makes aliens stronger when they are near it.
Commander has more interesting stuff todo, aside from dropping meds. (Using a nano charge at the right time, could severe the hives link to certain chambers at the right time, making a push for the mariens easier.)
PERMA GORGE: You can finally be gorge the whole round and continually make the map more organic <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin-fix.gif" />
EDIT: When you make ideas dont try to make them for the next version of NS1. Make them for NS2.

You took an existing NS1-Plugin and then made that into an NS2-idea!

As far as this idea, I've long been in support of unchained chambers. <-- speaking of repetition, eh spellman23? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink-fix.gif" />
(God, that's such an old suggestion... go search those key words for topics in the ol' NS I&S and you'll see what I mean)
So as far as this idea goes... it kind of like the unchained chambers... but then again I'm already in support of seeing OC's get their upgrades back. (I remember this from some thread about redemption needing a replacement, but I can't remember well enough to find it & provide a link)
So: yeah kinda, meh, suggested before, meh, poor OC's, erm no chambers?, meh, poor gorge, poor OC...
