Half Life: Source

Will this game work on half life: source? if so i cant see the game when i installed it on steam/my games. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/asrifle.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="::asrifle::" border="0" alt="asrifle.gif" />




Note: when i tried to install it said "setup has not detected a vailid steam install." i thought HL and HL source where the same thing just ones new edition or something

    No, you need the original Half Life. NS is a HL mod, not a source mod.

    Half-Life is based on the GoldSource engine.
    Half-Life:Source is based on the Source engine.

    Natural Selection is a GoldSource mod and wont run on the Source engine.

    Trying to run NS on Source instead of GldSrc is like trying to run a Cod4 Mod on Doom3.
