Server side black screen

<div class="IPBDescription">players who connect all; get a black screen</div>For two or three weeks, I been getting some complants from people who play on the server I work on. All who pm'ed me said apon entering the server they get all black screen, but can see all the icons. For instance you join a team, it will show that but will remain all black. Upon getting the complants, I simply changed the map and everything is back to normal. So far the only map this has happened on is co_kestrel. I told them to check there gammaramp and make sure its to 0, and still have a black screen. Funny thing is its more of a random event, it does not happen everytime the map is played.

Also two people did mentioned they had missing files upon entering the server. These missing files only show up upon entering the server when everything is all Black. Here is a copy from one of the people gave me.

The server this has been happening to is running windows server 2003. Only mention this becasue I have had issuses with it in the past.

I did a search on this topic, and I keep only finding things on client side and not server. So I do apologize if this has been posted before.
