I like Carte Blanche's idea of the gorge teleporting to the hive. It's like redemption except you actually have to do something and have control over it.
Simply, he decompose Chamber, put spores/bacteria/things on/in him, and takes it around, and replaces the spores/bacteria/things from on/in him, and they slowy grow back into the chamber.
