Crash in Vista 32 after leaving the ready room.

<div class="IPBDescription">b_commandstationT.mdl?</div>I can login to the ready room on any server, but as soon as I run into the door to join Marines, I get a fatal error that says 'Mod_NumForName:models/b_commandstationT.mdl not found.' The strange part is when I get this crash, my IP is held hostage and I can't login to any websites, steam crashes, and unless i restart windows, it tells me the game is unavailable through steam. I also can't uninstall the game because when it crashes there is a file that stays in use, and I can't find out how to stop the process, which means I can't try to reinstall because of the same reason. I found b_commandstationT.mdl and I can open the file in HL model viewer, the texture seems ok, no visible model but im sure thats because its just the texture, there is another file b_commandstation.mdl. Any way to solve the problem with this file would be nice.
