Alien Bug? - It Kills You

Hi all,

I have been experiencing a wierd alien bug.

When i have been a skulk or fade and switch weapons but press the number keys quickly and hitting fire - sometimes it kills me for no apparent reason.

How to reproduce bug.

Be a skulk.

Press the #3 weapon button click fire - leap through air hit the #1 bite weapon key quickly while pressing fire to do combo - it kills you?

I don't have a key bound to kill either so i know that isn't the problem.

I have done this multiple times - works mainly when u click different weapons quickly - it is annoying - although it doesn't happens also - and mostly with the SKULK. When i shrunk HL down it seemed to stop doing it when i resumed it is iffy and only happens sometimes

There is some code in the game that prevents people from using scripts to quickly use abilities. Unfortunately, it does this by measuring the speed at which you switch weapons, meaning that if your fingers are fast enough, it can think you are using a script to change weapons. Just go a little slower and you'll be fine.
