crashing when leaving lobby

help! i got a pr0blem wit \NS!!! i havent been able to play for like 4 months i left a post back a while ago but no1 cud help!!! help every time i leave lobby and join marines/aliens the game crashes! it goes for like 5 secs in sepcator mode i can see marines running and i notice my lag is like 1500 and then the game freezes. it happens every time i join a game! plz help i have tried reinstalling ns and it still doesnt work... hel[p plz!!!
