NS crashes on Windows Vista Ultimate

<div class="IPBDescription">this is different error than topick below</div><b>YES i hawe cl_gammaramp 0</b> that fixed my scores lag. but now as soon as i join some team it crashes. or after 2 minits in ready room.
I use ATI Readon 4780 1gb videocard i used all on low setings all on high dosn't make any difference.
I run it in OpenGl.
When i run it in D3D it's not crashing but fps is only 60 and there are some graphick lags and i can't read the text in game bicouse it is whit errors.
