Cant see options in command chair

<div class="IPBDescription">all commands like building and logout are black</div>Basiclly i can see the map topdown view so i can see people walking around etc.

however the commander HUD or GUI or whatever where you click stuff to build etc is black... so i cant see anytihng

i know i have fixed this problem in the past i dont remember how does anyone know?

i think i figured it out nevermind i missed it in common problems, but thats werid i dont have a 64bit OS
