Corrupt files on x64?

I get an error message saying "The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program." I've re-downloaded several times and I keep getting that.
I've tried with several browsers, so I'm starting to think it's not my download.

I'm not certain it's a bug, so I'm filing here.

System: Windows XP 64 Pro with 8GB of memory.

    Yes.

Actually, it works now. Turns out reinstalling browser stuff fixed the problem. I wonder if there was some weirdness in that arena.

    ehhhhh

I would be worried about an underlying problem my self:
    1) Malware?
    2) Failing HDD?
    3) Failing RAM?

IF you get problems like this again that might be it...
