<div class="IPBDescription">I am their slave</div>I'm here for 2 reasons, both having to do with warhammer online: age of reckoning.

1. Have you played in the past? Have you canceled your subscription for at least 60 days? Want a free month of play on that account? Or, if not, mind if I borrow your account for a couple minutes? I need to recruit 2 more friends to get the cool freaking mounts. And I'm willing to pay for a month of game time for you so I can have it.

2. Do you play? Do you play on Dark Crag? Do you play on Dark Crag as Destruction? Add me as a friend. I go as "Them" (big surprise). And if you're looking for a guild, I run SOLO. A casual guild for everyone that's not annoying.

Also, hi.

I fit into neither categories, but anyhoo.

I played in the beta up to about level five. Didn't really see anything that set it apart from WoW, apart from the 'K' in how "HARDKORE" everything was. The player collision in PvP was interesting, but not exactly revolutionary. I got several million times more keen on it after I found out that they'd be running aussie servers, but I still wasn't interested enough to start playing it.

I just cancelled my subscription this month.

I think i'm over MMOs for now, game was great, but I was just meh.

I actually still like UO (Ultima Online) and Eve Online.

I haven't played since my free month ran out, so I should qualify for the first bit. I have a european account, but I assume that you will need a north american one for this to work. Otherwise I'm happy to help, give me a shout if I can be of assistance.

A lot of people I know who haven't ever played an MMO are starting up with WO at the moment, just exactly how does it differ to WoW? As I'm tempted to play this along side WoW..

I haven't played WoW in a while. So I could be wrong. But the PvP seems quite a bit different. With keeps and fortresses to capture and hold. And they've got some good systems for keeping people interested in groups.

I've been touring the MMO circuit lately and I've been thinking about giving the game another go. Hm... My magus was just a few levels short of max level... got bored mostly because I was always solo I think. Oh, and because I felt like I was spending 90% of my time just waiting for scenario queues to pop... are they really forcing people to recruit multiple new subscribers in order to score you a fancy mount? how extortionary. But really, I did enjoy the game and its mechanics, and I liked being good at a class that most people said was underpowered <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile-fix.gif" />

I've also been quasi-tempted to try WoW again. Honestly, their new achievement system is what makes me most reluctant to go back to WoW. It's like they're not even trying to hide the complete and utter grindfest anymore... they just add more and more things to grind... xp, gold, quests, items, instances, reputation, battlegrounds, pvp points, dailies, and now achievements -_- man, I do so hate this achievements trend in gaming these days. In my day, we just had fun by playing games and talking about them, not grinding for meaningless awards to stick next to your name... but I'm getting off topic =p

I'll send you a PM with my user name if you want to toss me one of those free months :>
