Operation: Steam Infestation

Goal: Spread NS2 to other gamers via the steam community.

Arsenal: Teaser (Obv), Preorders, and Concept Art.

Strategy: Join those huge steam community groups you see and tell people about NS2 via chat rooms.
Get them to watch the trailer - if they are steam gamers they've probably played NS1.

    I was thinking of something similar, but instead of just spamming those groups till they kick you out, maybe we can get as many groups as possible to post an announcement as soon as a pre-order is available on steam for example. I think that especially on small groups that don't have a lot of announcements, people will read that.

    I forgot all about announcements. If you got even a couple of high profile groups to make an announcement saying 'Check out this teaser for a upcoming game title.' or whatever you'd reach quite a lot of people.

    I agree that we should avoid spamming and such, as that will really just put people off. Don't copypasta anything tbh.

    Only effective if people actually stop and look at them and then start asking questions. Most of the times I've done this, the questions are not asked :P
