Gamma/Brightness Issues

NS has been a little darker than usual and I'm not quite sure what is the problem, posting a few snapshots to show you what I mean.

i fixed it.
the cvar i had was
cl_gammaramp 0
need to kick it up
put it up cl_gammaramp 1 then i was set
