Last Stand Ammo dispensing & Weaponheat [TXTMOCK]

<div class="IPBDescription">for lack of a better Title</div>#1 I suggest, that "Ammo" is instead electrical Charge (can be inducted by a Magnetic Field) for Nanies to actualy build the Bullets used (Physical Matter could be used from the Weapon itself or the Air around the User).

This way, almost any Building can be +used (!) to regain an Emergency arming (~25-33% of the full package) when a Turd hits the Fan and Aliens are chewing on your Heels and Portals, but Armories are still charging the Marines when they are standing near it - with a twist.
Charging does not hand out full or half "Clips" at once, its indeed a charging, slowly filling up the Batteries to the used Building's respective maximum at a fixed rate (think the Alien Movie's Pulseriflecounter but backwards /// Chargerate lowered the more Players use one building? not sure about this); except for Armories, which are handing it out to everyone at the maximum possible speed thats improved by advancing the Armory's Techlevel.

#2 Since we now have a problem with structural Damage to the Weapon it's going to have a Dangermeter [similar to heat Meter from DoD's MG42] that's sucking Health from you once it's hitting 100%.
Off course, the health lost will be repaired once the Meter goes down, but it still enforces a tactical Advance, covering Fire and actual Aiming.
The replenishing rate is influenced by how many Marines are at their Limit, the most "heated" one being prefered [it's grabbing floating Excess from Air after all].


I remember some Matches where Marines where Storming a Hive in a Style that'd been worthy of a Darwin Award, madly firing away at anything with their HMGs while the Comm kept spamming Med- and Ammokits everywhere.
So this is ultimately an attempt to provide another Level of Balancing especialy for high RoF-Weapons, as Ammokits would be changed to one-time Charges, too.

I know my Suggestion is quite Alien biased, but I simply dislike how some Guys did play the Game, namely Spray the Clip & Pray.
This Suggestion requires the Marines to fire short Bursts, but giving the Ability to fend of larger rushes while still making an Alien Siege viable.
And Armories dispense Health now, too, don't they? So this makes them even more important to destroy / defend.
