Preorder email?

Are you suppose to get an email when you preorder? Cause I didn't <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad-fix.gif" /> I use gmail and I checked the spam folder and nothing is there either. I get emails from community@unknownworlds.com just fine as well.

i use gmail to and i got mine fine so its not the mails account or spam blocker so maybe its just slow today or there working on getting more cd keys added so theres no duplicates

I ordered on the 28th of may so I guess there's a problem <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad-fix.gif" /> Paypal shows the payment so I guess I should talk to someone. Is there a support email I should email?

i received my email almost instantly after the paypal was submitted. Prob best to email charlie or some1 with an attached copy of the paypal reciept

After the usual steps of checking the spam folder and such, fire an email off to charlie@unknownworlds.com with your purchase information. He should be able to look into it.

Man Flayra was fast! 1 minute after I sent him an email he responded and had it resent.

It's a little bit odd though because it looks like this:

"Your Decoda license information is listed below.

NS2 pre-order Special Edition: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX registered to XXXXX XXXXX

Writing LUA code sounds like fun but I still think I'd rather play NS2 <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink-fix.gif" />

Anyway I guess I just wait until emails about the alpha are sent out right? There's nothing I need to do with that code right now?

Make sure you check further back in your email history than the latest emails - Mine always come in with a two hour offset from the NS server(s) for some reason, when my preorder email arrived it went to the second page of gmail and I didn't realise it had landed until I went looking for it.

I too am having problems. Ordered on the 28th checked all spam filters added @unknownworlds.com to the whitelist on the server side. I actually bought another copy with an entirely different email address still haven't received anything yet. I'm waiting on Charlie to email me back about it.

Did you order with PayPal? If so, check and see if the transaction has been cleared.
I pre-ordered on Wed the 27th, and it took till Tues the 2nd for the transaction to clear and get my key. All because my credit card on-file expired and bank transactions without a CC backup take 3 - 5 business days to process.

Kay, it says Completed, not Cleared, I think mine said that too. Click the little plus-mark button next to the date of the transaction and see if there are more details.

Something isn't right.. I did the re-send of emails to both accounts I used and nothing.. HMM! And Paypal says it's cleared completed done deal.

I was just making a general statement that I had experienced the same problem. I emailed Charlie about this yestarday and I'm waiting to hear back from him again today.
