Best cfg for me?

I can usually average around 200FPS uncapped and my connection is Cable 12Mbit/3Mbit.
After reading around, I think these settings should work best in my userconfig.cfg:
developer 1
cl_rate 9999
fps_max 100
cl_cmdrate 100
cl_updaterate 100
rate 30000
ex_interp .05
Would this be best?

Online, the maximum rate for HL is 20000. cl_rate is supposed to be locked, although I remember reading something about it isn't really. 9999 should be fine though.
Optimal cl_updaterate depends on server settings, but I guess setting it higher than it can support doesn't have too many negative effects.
ex_interp also varies, adjust it until it feels right. Personally, I find the minimum setting that doesn't end up extrapolating stuff (yellow/orange dots on the net_graph), then work my way up.
There's no real point to developer 1 unless you're going to raise your fps_max above 100.
I've also been messing with ex_interp... here are the net_graph results of different settings for me (on most servers):
(these are just sitting in the RR with no one else around, if that makes a difference)
<u>ex_interp 0</u>
<img src="http://img132.imageshack.us/img132/6784/interp0.jpg" border="0" class="linked-image" />
<u>ex_interp 0.05</u>
<img src="http://img37.imageshack.us/img37/9248/interp005.jpg" border="0" class="linked-image" />
<u>ex_interp 0.1</u> (max setting)
<img src="http://img190.imageshack.us/img190/7481/interp01.jpg" border="0" class="linked-image" />
I'm going to guess the result of 0.1 would be the most desirable?
Blue and purple is fine, that's just interpolation. It's the yellow and red that's extrapolation, which you want to avoid if possible. Like I said, it's personal preference. It's pretty much a trade off between reaction time and smoothness/accuracy.
