The old, pretty NS manual

<div class="IPBDescription">Where did it go?</div>I remember a long time ago there was a part of the NS1 web site that was a manual of sorts, except it was written entirely with an in-world style, from the perspective of a marine field manual. It explained a lot about the "lore" behind the NS world and was generally very cool. I can't find it anywhere now, does anybody remember it and does it still exist?
