Hey guys, me and my friends used to play NS a while back, and wanna have some fun again. The problem is that we don't want to shell out 10 bucks each for half life

we're trying to use only one steam account to play LAN games with each other - the problem being that whenever we join one of our created games, both the host and the joining player will be kicked and brought back to the main menu

is there any way to play on LAN with only one steam account?

we can do this with Counter-Strike btw

oh comon. i'm not going to pay 40 bucks just to have 2 on 2 natural selection fights with each other

You do have them all in offline mode right?

Are all the game clients up to date?
