Pre Order Key question

I have pre orderd Ns2 special edition, a month ago and until now i havent recived an Email from unknown worlds regarding keys and dates, but the money has already been paid.
The Problem is that the Ns2 should be a present for a friend and he is aksing me again and again when he gets his keys or when i can tell him the date when he can play it...
So my questions are : Should i have gotten a e-mail from unknown world with the keys and stuff or must i wait a litlle longer until the keys, are given out, special regarding the alpha and betas.

ps. Sorry for my bad english. I come from Germany and i'm better in understanding englisch as in speaking it^^

    thx i have now got it, but it's strange i rember that i had used that link and recived no e-mail...

    But there is one other question.
    According to the E-mail the key is registred to my name, but it should be a present for a friend.
    So how can i transfer the ownership, with the link that i have found i can only transfer the e-mail to witch it's bound to.

    I just did this a couple of days ago. I bought a special edition for my friend and changed the email from my email account to his email account. By transferring the email all future notices, along with the game key, are sent to the new email address. You still have a copy of the key if you keep the old email, but, assuming this is your friend you're not going to try and use the other key to test cheats or something, that does not matter.

    the new server was blacklisted in the beginning, thats why certain providers didnt deliver the email.

    i think email ~ ownership, well, don't know really.. i guess you're not really supposed to order for someone else (except a very good friend, who trusts you)

    I bought two games and need to change the address for just one of them.
    Is that possible with the form?

    I used two different emails to avoid that problem. You'd probably have to contact UWE directly if you used the same email for two different keys and wanted to change one of them.
