Host_error and cannot join many servers

Im trying to join many asian servers (i live in china) and now when i try to join this server named www.csochina.com i get a error message that says Host_Error : Disconnected. Is there a way to fix it?
Also when i try to join many other different servers , it would load past "Establishing Network connection to server" but right when it gets to Parsing Info. it just quits and stops and sends me back to the server list. this happens with many many servers

If yes it is NS/HL related.
If not, it is network related.
And btw: If you do not own an original HL copy you wont be able to play NS on most servers.
