Playing ns1 was a blast, but every time i was playing skulk i would run on the walls and ceiling but the skulk just stayed vertically positioned, and was hanging from its side or back,
i was wondering if thats been improved at all, if any of you played the old descent 1-3 series, thats kind of what im picturing, if you are upside down the whole camera POV should rotate with you and the map should be upside down!
how does the upside down or wall mounted POV currently work for skulks?

most believe a toggled option for wall is down versus down is down would be best. some way to tell which way is true down is critical to prevent people from getting confused, as well as consistent art direction of which is the floor and which is the ceiling.
a down is down option would be epic.
as an alium when you wall walked there would be a little blue arrow pointing to the floor.
that would be really helpfull
the only problem with that game was that even when running over a little rail on the cieling or a light your whole view shot up then shot down then down then up again all very rapidly, too much of that would make my head hurt.
so having a wall is down view would work well if the view adjusted slightly slower so that you could actually stay oriented rather than have to stop and look around.
Yay! +1 for toggle option.
I loved AvP 2, too !... :)
Can't wait for the new AvP, looks insanely violent though...
Tremulous' system is quite easy once you understand the map layouts.
And I think somebody suggested having DI smooth wallwalking in rough areas.
