Threaded vs Flat view

the querysting <b><i>mode=threaded</i></b> screwed up the normal way I view this forum (trough a link from Google) I also checked in the user control panel. I can't seem to find an option for this!

So users who stumble upon an in-link with the querystring mode set to threaded, will find themselves locked in threaded mode without an obvious way of fixing it...

Now I know that IPB's mode querystring values are, flat and threaded (<b><i>mode=flat</i></b> FTW). But not everyone knows that it can be fixed like this, they just see their precious forum display screwed up and start posting topics about it...

the normal way of changing it is via the options menu (top right of a thread).

however it is broken, thus you use those (check post little bit further down :P)

Its really annoying, what the ***... and I cannot click the Options button since I use Chrome... FAIL :(

Yes, it is broken, they know this, and are more busy making NS2 than fixing it. There are workarounds to almost all the problems available (including this one).
