NS runs as a cropped window

<div class="IPBDescription">windowed mode is turned off</div>Whenever I launch NS it does this. If I set the width and height to 800 by 600 in the launch options it shows up as a small square in the middle of my screen. The game seems to refuse to launch fullscreen even though it is not in windowed mode.

Just started happening yesterday other steam games display normally.

@Tincan its 16:9 1920x1080 and ns runs slightly lower than that.
