Good gameplay movies?

I'm trying to find a good gameplay movie, that showcases NS1 gameplay. Preferably something short that is NOT a frag movie, and that has numerous first-person shots. I'm trying to show the game to somebody, but I can't show the game from the comfort of my home as said person lives far away. I can't find proper videos showing how the game is played, and I can't properly describe the gameplay.

Anyone have such a video?

    I have several short demos of me doing cool marine jumps in game in ns_ matches

    so it's jumping mixed with furious ns_ action, I could look for some of them!

    I also have a demo I took that shows a siege, from dropping upgrading building and siting....
