The best thing you can do is to relocate to a tight-entrance vent and then get a few pack of mines and mine the entraces to the vent so marines cant get out..... funny as.
The best game I ever had? Ordering my guys into their hive, placing a TF and turrets around it, selling the tf and filling the whole room with this. then replacing the tfs.
it was hilarious when they came rushing back to save their only hive and died like flies.
