Once again the <a href="http://www.classification.gov.au/www/cob/classification.nsf/Page/ClassificationinAustralia_Whoweare_ClassificationBoard_ClassificationBoardMembers" target="_blank">idiots</a> of the OFLC board in Australia strikes again! When will these morons introduce an 18+ classifcation already?

I was very indecisive if I even wanted to buy this game, but now I fully plan to import it.

We need a massive push to give these guys who classify games a serious smack upside the head.

    +1 to importing the game.

I hope we don't get the equivalent of what Germany got for l4d

What did Germany get for L4D? I realize I should probably be the one who knows this, but I don't live there any longer and I've always tried to get non-german editions of my games anyway because of the ###### localisations.

Also, I can't disagree with the rating. I wouldn't rate L4D at MA15+, and I doubt L4D2 is any less violent. It's ludicrous that there's no higher rating though. Are the australian authorities telling their populace that they don't view them as mature adults?

Feh, much ado about nothing. It'll get resubmitted for review without modifications and it'll get through fine. Worst case: Have an American comrade gift it to you over steam and paypal them the money.

I believe it was something along the lines of; 0 gore and dead bodies were instantly removed.

Really it isn't the fault of the OFLC. We have one idiot attorney general (<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Atkinson" target="_blank">Michael Atkinson</a>) who will veto it every time. There will be no 18+ classification until that guy is gone there is little to nothing we can do.

You know, this kind of makes one wonder if Game publishers and developers have something to do with this. Pissing off people so they actually buy the game (while they weren't going to), because they are pissed at the government...

    It's a conspiracy, I tells ya!
