Communist Christmas!
Last year's Communist Christmas was a smashing success! For those of you that don't remember:

QUOTE

Righto, I've got an idea for a bit of Christmas festivities 'round these parts. You're probably all familiar with the concept of a secret Santa. You draw a name out of a hat and you get that person some generic crappy gift that will sit on a desk for a few years and get thrown away when they get sacked. This is a variant of that, but with internets! I call it...
The Communist Christmas!
Instructions:
Pick a few games off steam that you want, under $20 fer preference. Post their names and your email address in this thread. Come Christmas time I'll take together all the addresses, randomish them all up and assign everyone a giftee and a game from their list, to be sent over steam with a time-lock for Christmas day!
I think it'd be a good way to get one of those games on steam that you'd never bothered getting but you think you'd enjoy, as well as spreading around some Christmas cheer and goodwill and all that lovely stuff.

So quit Stallin' and let's spread the wealth for a Merry Xmarx!
Edit: Additional regulations: If you don't mind taking a gamble at getting more than one game by waiting until the post-christmas sale, say so in your post. I'll take that into account when I'm divvying up the lists.
Decisions decisions...

Since Steam ALWAYS does a huge sale right after Christmas, how about we alter the setup a little bit.
Everyone still suggests games that they'd like, all <$20 at current price (not including the random weekend deals and such). We all wait until after Christmas to purchase. If the item you chose for your buddy has been discounted, grab some stocking stuffer games, either from their wish list or other stuff you think they'd enjoy. Again, stay under $20 total. Gifts have to be sent within 3 days of Christmas.
BUT IT GOES ON AFTER THANKSGIVING!!!
(I Swear, I can't find the original one :P)
Lucasarts Adventure Pack - http://store.steampowered.com/sub/2102/
Penumbra, either or the pack - http://store.steampowered.com/app/22120/
Torchlight - http://store.steampowered.com/app/41500/
Machinarium - http://store.steampowered.com/app/40709/
I am willing to wait for the post Christmas sale to save my buyer some monay!
EDIT: Did I say PS I am in?
Crysis (jk, I'll be nice to people without supercomputers)

I think you've misunderstood. The list is of stuff YOU want. If you want Crysis, go ahead. BUYING it for you doesn't require a computer that can run more than a webbrowser.
I'd better edit the previous post then

Let's do it thusly: If you don't mind taking a gamble at getting more than one game by waiting until the post-christmas sale, say so in your post. I'll take that into account when I'm divvying up the lists.

and the laziness finally pays off, eh?
Also, better set a deadline for wishlists to be in Scythe. Don't want any random "oh can I try to get in on this" and it's Christmas Eve.
(hint, UT3 is $20, but I already have it. Also, Psychonauts is awesome, as is AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! - A Reckless Disregard for Gravity)
Anyways, to my list!

Torchlight
Braid
Killing Floor
Darwinia+Multiwinia Pack
Lumines Pack
Peggle Complete
Osmos
Gambles:

Surprise me with awesome! Except stuff from the THQ pack.

I'm up for the post-xmas-sale thing. More is merrier, even if a bit later!

As for my list, I'm still deliberating. So many choices! I hate freedom.

Here's my list:
Serious Sam HD
Unreal Tournament 3 Black
Yeah... flip a coin or something I guess.
Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones,
Prince of Persia: Warrior Within
Tomb Raider: Legend,
Painkiller: Black Edition,
The Chronicles of Rid######: Assault on Dark Athena,
Deus Ex: Invisible War.
33.5 hours to go! If you haven't posted your list you'd best get cracking or it's off to the gulag with you.
