Hive + dynamic infestation suggestion.

Actually, It's a very simple suggestion so I'll cut right to the chase.
The rooms where the hives can be placed could be textured just like any other room etc etc, but when you drop a hive and the second it is completed, it drops a huge drop / drip .. whatever
of infestation to the floor.. From which the infestation will begin to fill the room and make it alienlike!
What do you guys think?
