<div class="IPBDescription">Character Dimensions.</div>Unknownworld, Mods, Devs, anyone; does anyone know the dimensions for say a skulk or Onos. We got a marine that is about 5 squares tall at graph 16, so dose that make a crouched marine 3 squares tall on graph 16? If so would then all small aliens would be 3 as-well? Would Onos be 7 square tall or 5 squares?

If anyone knows it would be really helpful when trying to make a vent.

There are some props for vent entrances, you should be able to measure those for a rough estimate on skulk vents...Likewise, the door props should be a reasonable size for onos passage

According to the wiki a Marine is 76 units high, but if you notice in the unit setup Spark uses actual inches and other real world measurements. 76 inches is equal to about 6.4 foot and 1.9 metres. Useful to me as that's how tall I am lol. On that note though a standard 128 unit room is about 10.6 feet and 3.25 metres, which seem about right.

I suggest going into the orthographic views and put a vent entrance against a grid for the minimum space needed for a Skulk, and like suggested hallways should be wider than doors.

There is that black door in the props, or well the one in the entity list that appears when you drop a door entity in.
I think that door is just about wide enought for the onous but it has to crawl under it.

I second filter in props for "wall" and find some wall models with vent openings.
