Any clever way to make the walls around a door?

I made these manually, but it took a while to get right. Anyone got any clever methods, maybe involving extruding?

    If you want a single face, you can use the rectangle to cut the door shape out (draw rectangle on the larger face, then delete the subsequent face), use the line tool to create additional vertices (click once on a line), then move those vertices individually to make the angled corners.

    Once uve made one copy and paste it and save it into another file.
    Only trick I can think of that might help.

    That 2nd screenshot hurts my brain.

    The door leans towards us, but the corridor it is floating in does not!
