The Art of Warfare (TAW) is recruiting mature players for our Natural Selection division. TAW is a well established global multi-game organization with membership that has been live since 2001 with well past 600 players spanning over 14 games on every continent.

<b>We have growing interest in the upcoming NS2, and members of the clan has played the original game with much enjoyment. Our plan is to bring together NS vets or new players to play and promote the game. Tactical gameplay is a huge draw for the TAW community and we expect many will purchase copies of NS2. </b>

Our focus is not on the game-skills you bring, but more on accountability, teamwork, and communication.
We hope to have orgnanized teams who understand the basic gameplay and can work together by the time NS2 is released.

As a long-time player of NS I have to say that I am excited about the sequel and can't wait to play it with more fans.

I was in TAW's L4D division this past summer, and I would consider rejoining if they make a NS2 division. My one gripe is that they're kind of anal about attending the weekly practice sessions...but the people are friendly, experienced, and willing to help you improve your game

Natural Selection needs more players to become an official division in TAW. Sorry about not being clear about that earlier.

The TAW community would like to know a guestimate on the <b>release date.</b> From the appearance of things, it looks like there's still alot of assets being worked on, so we are starting the division in NS1 to prep up for the sequel in the meantime. I'd really appreciate it if we could get a better understanding of the timeframe for setting up things in our division. Thank you!

If you ever lift that rule, then I'd be happy to look into joining :)

I'm assuming it has to do with how your forum communicates with hotmail or something, but I'm sure there's some way around it.

The best way(and the only way I know of) is to create another e-mail account like Yahoo!.
It's the way it works, unfortunately, and I don't think it can be changed.

Feel free to add my to your Steam friends list and I can add you to the Steam group to start things rolling.

Currently there is not a team to Join in TAW but the steam group is up ( <a href="http://steamcommunity.com/groups/TAWNS" target="_blank">http://steamcommunity.com/groups/TAWNS</a> ) and as soon as there is enough interest I will create the team in TAW to apply to the best thing to do at the moment if you are interested is to add me on steam laggyfish69 and I will keep you updated as things progress.

Also for the hotmail thing dont worry about that, we just say that because hotmail sometimes puts our emails into the spam folder :S

The TAW NS division is now <b>officially </b>open for applications! All who are interested in joining must go to taw.net to apply. NS is under the Vanguard 2 division when you select which one to apply for in the application process.

I was in the TAW Arma 2 group for a few months and it is darn fun, great group. But its hard and annoying to be so worried about making it to practices etc. Because I have a life.

BUT, I'll say TAW for anyone that wants in a "clan" These are the guys to join. FOR SURE!!!

I've been wanting to join your arma 2 division
and now your NS2 division.
But I just don't want to <u>have</u> to do stuff.
(eg. I don't want to HAVE to go to certain games at certain times, as I would likely either not go to them, or forget.)

When I play games.
I log on.
Start a game up.
Play game.

And in NS2 that will soon consist of me cowering behind every building holding LMB with the welder and completely disregarding enemies.

Well I don't think this apply works at all, you can't apply for vanguard, and there's no reasoning for joining either to put in ns2 :)
