It will make a difference in my answer.
Dunno why there is a new ns2devs-alike site every week... is there so much money in homepages they all wanna grow their communitys and after a while spam the hell out of them with advertisement ads? I mean i dont see improvments or new content on those pages - its like clones over and over again...
To be fair ns2res has been around for over a year...

As Razagal mentioned; i made it over a year ago when there were no other NS2 sites existing. As for advertisements; i have no plan on adding any of that crap to it as the site doesn't cost me much to run anyway. Plus i'm not doing it to make a profit; simply doing it because i enjoy NS and modifying it.
As for new content i try and add any worth while info i come across; but we are still early on in the NS2 development stage and we don't have a great deal of intel just yet. The Editor/SDK have been a great addition to the community as it has allowed people to start designing maps already; it has also allowed me to start writing tutorials for the site. But even that is limited at the moment because the editor is still in it's early stages; but that will change over time.
