Custom textures have strange artifacts

<div class="IPBDescription">They weren't there before...</div>So for some reason, these strange artifacts started showing up out of no where on some of my custom textures.

They weren't there before, but now they are.
Any suggestions on how to fix this? I've haven't edited the files at all recently except for putting them in a different folder.
Edit: They're even showing up without the lighting preview on.
