Top-down demo playback perspective

Implement an additional perspective for demo playbacks that displays what's going on in the entire game from the top-down, much like the already existing commander view in NS, only make it show what's going on for both teams simultaneously, and maybe with a zoom-out feature so one can see the entire map instead of just a portion of it. It's easy for individuals to get caught up in the FPS aspect of the game because that's the perspective they usually play it from, and I think people would be able to better learn and understand the game if given the ability to do this. Since there's already a bit of code for commander mode, it shouldn't be too much more work to reuse it for this.
