Another Lerk spore alt-fire suggestion

Alt fire: Another pack that has similar attributes to a spore pack, but upon impact, it releases a liquid-like matter instead of spores (gas) (alt fire is in short, immature spore pack or matured spores??? decide yourself :P). This liquid (calling goo from now on) slows marines, reduces accuracy, and targetting (turn) speeds. This goo sounds much like good old webs that our gorges used to spit here and there in short. However, this goo should require a big cooldown - or many adjustments, because this can be much overpowered in experienced hands (claws?). Main purpose is, slowing down a marine to use spike alt-fire successfully, aside from that, combined with spore normal fire, to inflict maximum damage / force marines to retreat, and making other aliens more efficent for a short time.
