Constellation?

<div class="IPBDescription">Non-functioning?</div>Been a NS fan since its inception. Its the only PC game I still play. Not becoming a Constellation member has been a regret; highlighted now by all the NS2 Hype. Attempted to sign up for it just now, but the Constellation link appears to be broken.

Encountered error to follow:

Fatal error: Call to a member function is_loggedin() on a non-object in /var/www/html/plugins/mod_paypal.php on line 165

Please advise

    I am getting that exact same error, when I to tried to sign up for constellation. Will it ever be back up?
